Terms of sale

1. The parties

The seller is this online shop (organisation number and address to be added), hereafter called «we». The buyer is the consumer placing the order, hereafter called «you».

2. Price

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is binding once we have received your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If we have made an obvious typing error in a price or description, we are not bound by the agreement.

4. Payment

You can pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or other payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

See our page on shipping and delivery. Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers. The risk for the item passes to you once you have received it.

6. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. See our returns policy.

7. Complaints

If there is a fault or defect in the item, or you have received the wrong item, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it. Send us an email with your order number and photos, and we will look into it.

8. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Complaints should be sent to us within a reasonable time. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or use the EU's online dispute resolution portal.
